Join our team as a Field Services Officer


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits to implement IT needs and troubleshoot problems
  • Administer and troubleshoot network devices (access points, firewalls, routers, switches, controllers)
  • Document work in intervention reports and update online
  • Take ownership of customers' IT problems and proactively address issues
  • Log and update service desk calls and maintain hardware/software problem logs
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant IT Support members
  • Train and advise users on computer equipment
  • Perform daily client system checks and report to the direct manager
  • Produce weekly/monthly client system reports
  • Update client configuration files
  • Assemble PCs manage tools and support assets
  • Conduct site surveys
  • Terminate and test cables
  • Label systems
  • Rack and stack equipment
  • Stage and start-up routers and switches
  • Configure low-level active components
  • Provide support for the above services
  • Mentor and lead team in specialized technology
  • Perform detailed wireless surveys
  • Log and update service desk calls
  • Update the team leader on case progress
  • Report breaches in maintenance agreements to the MS Team Leader
  • Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  • Escalate service or support setbacks immediately to concerned parties

Required Qualifications:
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service to clients
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Resourceful with strong research, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with RMM and PSA tools
  • Strong knowledge of systems, networking, and communications
  • Communicative and able to work in a team
  • Rich intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning
  • Willing to pursue certification programs
  • Dynamic, creative, with a good spirit of initiative
  • Flexible schedule and commitment to deliverables
  • Support covers all EXEO projects and services
  • Client environments may include on-premise or cloud infrastructure
  • Interventions may be required outside working hours
  • Shift rotation 24x7, with capacity to work evenings, overnight, and weekends
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience: 2-3 years
  • Proficiency in French and English.
