Your mission:
Within our dedicated security and cloud teams, you will play a key role in protecting our infrastructures and those of our clients. Your mission will involve protecting, monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents while continuously improving our security processes and tools.
You will be trained in industry best practices, work with cutting-edge technologies, and actively contribute to creating a secure digital environment for our clients and ourselves. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and investigate cybersecurity logs and incidents;
- Analyze network and endpoints Risk Assessments and take the appropriate actions;
- Analyze network traffic, intrusion attempts, activity logs, and system alerts for trends, anomalies, and potential security breaches;
- Investigate security breaches and incidents, and assess the damage they cause;
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management;
- Conduct vulnerability scans, and penetration tests on customers’ networks, document findings, and recommend risk mitigation strategies;
- Generate cybersecurity incidents reports;
- Ensure effective and rapid response to major cybersecurity incidents;
- Implement security measures and software to fix detected vulnerabilities and protect networks, systems and firewalls;
- Ensure updates of assigned tickets - including internal and external communications;
- Assess network and endpoint risks and take appropriate actions;
- Monitor network traffic, intrusion attempts, activity logs, and system alerts for trends, anomalies, and potential breaches;
- Administer and configure the security platforms (Cloud, Email, MDM, Firewalls, WAF, CWPP, EDR, etc.) used to deliver our services.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in information security or related fields (minimum 3 years);
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering or equivalent;
- Proficiency in French and English;
- Advanced understanding of modern attack techniques on applications, systems, and networks;
- Expertise in cybersecurity protection and detection platforms;
- Strong knowledge of systems, networking, communications and cloud systems;
- Specialization or certification in Cyber Security;
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development;
- Strong research, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills;
