Join our team as a Managed Hybrid Cloud Services Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer client environments hosted on Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or on client premises.
- Immerse yourself in CloudOps and DevOps environments;
- Work with clients around the globe, managing and optimising their digital infrastructure.
- Analyze network data and infrastructure to determine inefficiencies and problems.
- Oversee the development, installation, configuration, and administration of computer systems.
- Monitor systems and networks and detect anomalies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Prepare network analytics, data reports, and operational manuals.
- Train the technical team on new systems, protocols, and best practices.
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in technology, protocols, and best practices.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and virtualization technologies like VMware, HyperV, Proxmox or KVM.
- Familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is preferred.
- Strong scripting skills and experience in LAN/WAN networking.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in French and English.
